Pranaclimb Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Both Pranaclimb and Ocean Dips are trading names of Pranaclimb Ltd.

Pranaclimb is a climbing performance and breathwork education platform offering:

• Educational content and blog posts
• Digital downloads and resources
• Courses and programmes
• Remote and in-person coaching and assessments
• Books and training materials
• A future mobile app and related tools

Pranaclimb is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Payments, checkout, and account management are handled securely through our payment providers.

Email subscriptions are managed via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). By subscribing to our email list, you also agree to Kit's privacy policy.

Ocean Dips is a trading name of Pranaclimb Ltd and operates as a separate brand under the same legal entity. It is not a separate company.

Pranaclimb Ltd is the single legal entity responsible for both brands.

• All contracts, invoices and official documents for both brands are issued by Pranaclimb Ltd
• Both brands are covered by the same professional indemnity and public liability insurance held by Pranaclimb Ltd
• Any disputes relating to Ocean Dips services fall under these Terms & Conditions and the jurisdiction of England and Wales

You must be at least 16 years old to use this website or purchase services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and can legally enter into agreements.

All Pranaclimb content is for education, performance training, and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice.

Breathwork, climbing, cold water swimming, and physical training all involve inherent risk. You are responsible for:

• Listening to your body
• Training within your own limits
• Consulting a qualified healthcare professional if needed

Pranaclimb and Annie Anderson are not liable for injuries, health issues, or outcomes resulting from the use of our content or services.

All content on this site is owned by Pranaclimb unless otherwise stated, including text, images, graphics, worksheets, PDFs, videos, audio, course materials, and methodologies (including the Pranaclimb Methodology).

These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

If you purchase a product or service, prices are listed in the stated currency and payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Because most products are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are generally not offered unless there is a technical issue preventing access, or as required by law.

For coaching or custom services — both remote and in-person — refund terms will be agreed individually prior to booking.

Pranaclimb offers both remote coaching (online, via video call) and in-person coaching (Cornwall and by arrangement). Both are:

• Educational and performance-focused
• Not therapy or medical treatment

For in-person coaching, clients are responsible for their own travel, equipment, and safety at the venue. Annie Anderson holds appropriate qualifications and insurance for in-person climbing instruction, breathwork, yoga, and cold water coaching.

Results depend on many individual factors. We cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes. You participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your own training decisions.

Pranaclimb is operated by Annie Anderson, who holds the following qualifications:

• Qualified Climbing Instructor (Plas-Y-Brenin, 1998)
• Yoga Teacher RYT 200 (Istanbul, 2012)
• Advanced First Aider (ITC)
• Breathwork Specialist & Respiratory Physiology Researcher
• Cold Water Coach

We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance appropriate for climbing instruction, breathwork coaching, cold water swimming, yoga teaching, and educational services.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to hack or disrupt services, copy or steal content, harass other users, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may restrict or remove access if these terms are violated.

We may link to external websites including ResearchGate, SportRxiv, social media platforms, and partner sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pranaclimb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, data loss, injuries from training, or outcomes from using our content. Use of the site and services is at your own risk.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on this website. We never sell your data.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
